Amongst various states in India, Uttar Pradesh is the most popular amongst all. Not only are there number of states but it appears quite visible to everyone that there are also lot many districts as well as constituencies in India.
Being considered as the introductory place of Hinduism, there has been gradual shift between the alliances BJP, SP as well as BSP in the two decades that have already passed by. In the starting phase of 1990’s, it was Bhartiya Janata Party which was on high but with much surprise their part has a downfall equally faster. It was Kalyan Singh who was the leader of that party and was the CM of up in the same year. The person is no more in the party now. The party in UP is heavy weighted by personalities like Atal Behari Vajpayee, Murli Manohar and Lalji Tandon playing a centre role and making the party perfectly aligned. But in later times, in the absence of some strong continuing leaders, it was very difficult for the party to stay in friction for a long time.
A party named Samajwadi party has a smooth and balanced performance in the past decade. But unfortunately as per the predictions were made, things did not appeared much working for the party as per 2007 assembly poll conducted. A strong change has already occurred in their part since their strongest contender and leader Amar Singh has moved away from the party. Now the party is only depending on the strong boundation of both father and son, Mulayam Singh Yadav and Akhilesh Yadav. Eventually the fate of the party will be decided in the upcoming uttar pradesh election 2012.
Things seem to be coming very true and correct for the fortunes of BSP party. The effect has already been in front of people since the party won by 206 votes. The credit is given to Mayawati who has well taken care of various opportunities. The improvements in the road infrastructure as well as well to do electricity improvements have made people realize the worth of Mayawati. The only piece of information which has made things go against the reign of Mayawati is the controversies that took place regarding the land of farmers. The congress and SP at one extent were trying to proof helpful to farmers in this context.
In the past many years, it was mainly the congress party which has been least considered from the public. Though the family belonged to Gandhi within which Sonia Gandhi is representing Rae Bareli and her son Rahul Gandhi who is representing Amethi and Sultanpur, it was very difficult for them to establish a strong party base. In 2009, they were at a good position and again they are trying to capture the attention of people this year in UP election 2012.
